I started browsing through some shoe collections throughout this past weekend, so I decided to do a blog post that was all fashionable shoes of today. Some of these are from the priciest to some of the cheapest as well. I checked out different sites like Barney's, Saks, Macy's, and Victoria's Secret. I would love to know what style of pump you prefer. And sometimes what shoes girls think are hot are not always what you guys think are hot. Amy Adams is now expecting her first child with her significant other Darren Legallo (Star Magazine). The star and her beau have been engaged since 2008. Amy Adams is most well-known for her roles in movies like Julie and Julia, Enchanted, Cruel Intentions 2, The Wedding Date, and many more. Amy Adams is what I see as the sweet and charming girl next door. Not only is she stunning with her beautiful long red hair, but she has a great screen presence. She has acted with some of the best like Meryl Streep, Ben Stiller, and Robin Williams. She can really hold her own, which I guess she had to learn to do from an early age. The starlet was raised as 1 of 7 children. Who knows if the star will have a family that big of her own or if she will stop with the one. Whatever she decides she will have a beautiful family! Jennifer Lopez is in the spotlight now, because her first husband Ojani Noa is trying to release a tape of the couple on their honeymoon. There has been a lot of speculation over whether the tape is a sex tape or whether it is just of their wedding and festivities. But JLo's ex is trying to capitalize on this sacred time together. I personally don't believe he should be able to sell it but I want to know what you guys and gals think.
With all this controversy going on, I decided to post this blog with some of Jenny's accomplishments and some information about her life. So, Jennifer Lopez has gone through so many phases in her career from starting as a dancer on "In Living Color". Since then, her career has advanced to movies, singing, fashion, and perfume. Her movie credits include those of The Cell, Selena (which is the first thing I saw her in and absolutely adored her since), Anaconda, The Wedding Planner, and many more. Her music career was the strongest back in the days around her relationship with P. Diddy when she was doing songs like "Ain't It Funny", "I'm Real", "Love Don't Cost a Thing", and many more as well. Her music went through phases with mostly dance from her first album to hip hop (with rappers on her album like Ja Rule and Naz). She has certainly become the jack of all trades. She also has had two clothing lines JLo and Sweetface. She has numerous fragrances released as well such as Glow, Deseo, and Still. Now, she can even add motherhood to her list, because of her twin children Emme and Max. So, I would love to know what you guys and gals think of Miss Lopez and wonder if you liked her back in her peak days..........................xoxo. :)
I thought today we would change blast from the past up a little by doing a band from the 80's. I absolutely adore The Cure. I actually got hooked on listening to their music back when I was a kid, because my big brother Jason was obsessed with listening to their music. So, of course, I got The Cure bug too. :) Anybody that doesn't know anything about The Cure has probably heard "Friday I'm In Love" which was definitely one of their more main stream song. But a true Cure fan has to have a song different than this one that they are obsessed with. Personally, I cannot get over the lyrics to my favorite Cure song called "Wrong Number". Fantastic song in which I will be placing a video below for you guys and gals to hear. Also, who can forget the iconic look of lead singer Robert Smith? Really, how can you forget the hair and the makeup it was definitely 80's. Love the band, love the music, and love the 80's. Lisa Loeb has welcomed the birth of her first child Lyla Rose on November 29th. Lisa is known to most as the 90's singing sensation after her hit "Stay" that was played in the movie "Reality Bites". At that time, the singer was dating the Ethan Hawke (who is best known as the ex-husband of Uma Thurman). Since her shot to stardom back in 1994, she has faded from the spotlight quite a bit, but seems that the singer has got her a lot on her plate right now. She is helping "underprivileged children through her own non-profit, the Camp Lisa Foundation, which gives at-risk kids the chance to go to summer camp". (people.com) Also, she has a new album out that is called "Camp Lisa". Also, she is working on her own eyewear which is called "the Lisa Loeb Eyewear Collection" which is suppose to be on the market next Spring. So, I would love to know if any of you guys and gals like Miss Loeb back in the 90's. It would be great to hear from you.............xoxo.
Many of you probably know Kristen Bell as the voice of the gossip girl on "Gossip Girl" or as Veronica Mars. The role that I know her more as is the bad-girl Elle on Heroes. I absolutely adored her in that role. After seeing her on Heroes, I saw her in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" in which she was the witty and catty ex-girlfriend of Jason Segel. After seeing this movie, I absolutely adore Kristen Bell. She is the cute blonde who can be funny as crap and has a great personality. Miss Bell has a new movie coming out early next year called "When in Rome" with Josh Duhamel. In the movie, Kristen is unlucky in love until she turns up at her sister's wedding in Rome and meets Josh Duhamel. In the film, she goes to a fountain of love and pulls out coins that people had tossed in there to wish for love. By doing this for every coin she pulled out, the guys that threw the coin into the fountain falls in love with her including Josh Duhamel. So, she tries to figure out whether he really loves her or if it is just a trick of the coin. It sounds like a cute film, so I am super excited to see it next spring. Yesterday, I was browsing through Star Magazine and find this article about great beach bodies (they did have worst beach bodies too but I thought I would be nicer than they were). It is incredible to see the different people 0n their list. I would actually have to agree with their list except for they had Lindsay Lohan on the good list and I have to say personally I thought it was horrible, but that is my opinion. If you like LL, I am sorry, but I don't care much for her. The others were great like Kim Kardashian which is a picture of a real woman with curves, Annalynne McCord who is just cute as a button, Katherine Heigl who I think is just so cute, Cheryl Burke from Dancing with the Stars (a lot of people say she is fat, but really look at this pic) and Naomi Campbell (who for a woman that is about to turn 40 looks fabulous!!! :) I hope you guys and gals will like the pics today, so until next time..............xoxo. :)
